All orders are dispatched via Australia Post and other selected carrier.
The prices for the parcel and the express post are mentioned at the time of checkout. (Prices may change without prior notice. Please visit selected carrier website for more details.)
The eparcels will reach the metro regions in 2 to 5 working days and the regional areas will be subject to distance beyond 5 working days.
Express post ensures next day delivery, subject to the time of order. For more details read the dispatch conditions section below.
Customer can always access and view their order details through our website and carrier website with the tracking number from the time of dispatch.
The order will be dispatched to the Customer or it’s designated agent as agreed while placing the order online by Gadget Parts on or before the estimated delivery date, but is not liable for:
- any failure to deliver; or
- delay in delivery for any reason; or
- any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging; or except to the extent that such damage was caused by the negligent act or omission of Gadget Parts including such damage to property caused upon entering premises to deliver the Goods.
- You acknowledge that any delivery date mentioned on the order of Gadget Parts is an estimate of the expected delivery date and time and does not a guaranteed delivery time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- For any delays caused during the transit, Gadget Parts is not liable to pay/refund any amount to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Item
In case any orders are lost or damaged during transit, please get in touch with us.
It takes up to 15 working days (from the date of postage) for Australia Post to consider the item/order is lost. You may want to check at nearest Post Office to see if they have any lost and found parcels available.
Your order is dispatched to the shipping address you provide while placing the order. Gadget Parts is not responsible in case of any incorrect address provided by you.
Gadget Parts is not responsible for orders that have not been collected on time from Australia Post. In case the order(s) is returned to us, you will have to pay an additional fee for re-sending the order.
Pick Up Orders
Pick up is available from our Pooraka, South Australia 5095 warehouse for Wholesale Business Account Customers only.
Same day dispatch & same day delivery terms and condition:
Due to high volume of orders received over the weekdays and weekend, we will dispatch all the orders before our cut-off time at 3:00PM Adelaide time. (Monday-Friday business days).
- To avoid any delays, place your order before 3:00 pm Adelaide time to guarantee its dispatch on the same day.
- For orders that are placed after 3:00PM we may try our best, but do not guarantee same day dispatch.
We do accept all pick-up order during business hours. The warehouse will be closed at 5:00PM, please make sure that you come to pick up your order before 5:00PM (Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 5:00pm).
Free shipping policy terms and condition:
For all valued customers at Gadget Parts, we offer free shipping policy when your purchase reaches above $300. (Terms and conditions apply)
To avail free shipping for orders valued at $300 or above the package size should not exceed 35mm X 23mm X 20mm or 3kgs in weight.
If the postage is large size or heavy, customer may have to pay for the extra shipping charges as per requirement.
Combined order option can be use only for same day order. Under no circumstances orders placed on different days will not be combined and will incur extra shipping cost.
